They went above and beyond the call of duty on my order. I bought a fireplace with the fiber brick liner and the liner turned out to be the wrong size so they shipped me another in the correct size and it was damaged (cracked) so they sent another very quickly after I sent pictures of it and when that one arrived it was shattered into multiple pieces. I suggested strapping it to a pallet this time and they promptly did that and it arrived unharmed (the fourth try) and I have already installed it. They were easy to work with and wanted to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I will order from them again!
