Blower Fans & Ventilation

For the majority of these components, wiping down with standard cleaning products and a non-abrasive cloth is sufficient, however the convection and exhaust blowers require special attention. These parts will need to be removed from the unit and vacuumed clean to remove debris and keep them running smoothly. The ventilation pipe should be cleaned like any other chimney, to remove creosote build-up and prevent potentially dangerous fires.
