Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

It depends on the item and where it is in the process. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually cancel or change it. For custom or made-to-order items, changes may not be possible if production has started, and a restocking fee could apply.

What should I expect at delivery?

Smaller items ship via parcel carriers. Larger or heavier items ship via freight with curbside delivery and a scheduled appointment. Please inspect all shipments on arrival—note any visible damage on the receipt or refuse the delivery if needed.

If anything looks off, let us know right away and include photos so we can help resolve things quickly.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
