Modern Flames LPM-xx16 Landscape Pro Multi Three-Sided Wall Mount/Built-In Electric Fireplace provides a premium electric fireplace option for your home. This versatile three-sided fireplace unit offers a one-of-a-kind appearance for your space with high-intensity RGB flame options, ember bed, and accent lighting for a customizable appearance--easily match your fireplace to the mood of the room. Additionally, flames can be individually controlled or synchronized for variable firebox effects. Clear acrylic stone media, black smoke acrylic crystals, and hand painted driftwood logs offer further customization to give your fireplace a unique appearance, while an integrated high-efficiency PTC ceramic heater puts out up to 10,000 BTU and features a whisper quiet fan. A full-featured remote control with full RGB and brightness control rounds out the Landscape Series' impressive feature set, while an optional wireless thermostatic wall control upgrade is available to add even more convenience to your fireplace setup.

I would like to like this product, but somehow a company who has just one job = sell and ship things, managed to sell me a fireplace and ship it to someone else. So, instead of sitting by the fireplace for Christmas, we will be watching a fireplace on the TV. We are now second-guessing our decision to buy a fireplace online. If we bought it locally, we would not be in the terrible state of having paid for a fireplace that we can't get delivered...
