the fireplace remote did not work with our fireplace, but I will order the different remote that was just like mine at a later date. the glow ambers were great.

Quality product. Could do with detailed instructions for those who are novices with fireplace set up, operation and safety. Went to Youtube for info on how to properly place product and the result is a perfect fireplace with glowing embers.
