Superior VRT2542WS 42-Inch Firebox with Vent-Free Gas Log Set provides a premium vent-free gas fireplace for your home. Featuring durable construction, a textured powder-coat finish, and a 20-year limited warranty, this fireplace has been designed for many years of cozy use. An included heat-circulation hood provides warmth and added comfort, while the included mesh fire screens offer an added measure of realism. Additionally, the clean-face design of this unit allows for easy incorporation into almost any space for a one-of-a-kind appearance. Optional accessories like precision-cut decorative screen doors, outside air kits, and blower kits can be added to further enhance your experience (sold separately).
This fireplace can be customized in a variety of ways to meet the needs of your installation. In addition to various log set and fuel type options, this unit can be configured with a millivolt ignition, a variable ignition, or an electronic ignition. The millivolt and variable ignition options feature a continuous ODS safety pilot with matchless push-button ignition, manual on/off control, and manual high/low flame height control. The electronic ignition offers an intermittent ODS safety pilot with battery backup, manual on/off control, and two-position high/low flame height control. The variable ignition includes a remote control with digital display, manual or thermostatic modes, and five flame settings, while the electronic ignition includes a remote control with a digital display, manual or thermostatic modes, and three flame height settings. NOTE: The millivolt ignition DOES NOT include a remote but is remote-ready and can be paired with a variety of optional controls (sold separately).
