Would give zero stars if I could. The black finish on the spheres burned (or melted?) off after the first use. Very disappointing, but moreso was the lack of customer service who insisted the spheres were "not defective". The manufacturer wanted to see how the spheres were set up in my fireplace, but I had already packed them up in expectation of returning them for a refund and was unable to re-create the scenario. No further assistance or resolution was forthcoming. Waste of money.
